History of Company
Graeme Smith founded 360 Degrees in 2007 with a view to assisting property developers source development sites at a time when commercial property development was booming in Johannesburg and developers needed assistance with the sourcing and assessing suitable sites quickly. The service included site sourcing, market rental surveys and risk assessment/due diligence (see below an incomplete list of the risks associated with developing vacant land)
Since its inception 360 has expanded its sourcing service to include the sourcing of built commercial spaces (industrial and offices) for either corporate tenants or commercial property investors.
